The applicant was discharged for Misconduct due to Involvement with Drugs in 2002.

In 2001, the applicant violated Article 112a of the UCMJ by wrongfully using a controlled substance. The
applicant acknowledges the wrongdoing on an administrative remarks entry in the Fall of 2001.
